My Affirmations

Hey all,

So, last night I was thinking about my goal list, yes- again…

Here’s something I have learned during this year of my ultimate obstacles (RSD fun) I have mentioned at some point how I have used a book about being happy and healthy using positive affirmations.

When using affirmations you are speaking in the present tense. That is the way it works, through positive thinking and living in the present.

With that being said I am working on my goal list in affirmation style.

I am healthy and fit.

I am walking effortlessly without pain.

I have an A in math.

I have an A in psychology.

I am walking for the RSD walk.

I have my bachelors in psychology concentrating in child development.

I am certified in CPR.

I am interning at a wonderful children’s hospital.

I am a successful beloved certified child life specialist.

I am doing an art workshop in Italy.

I know there is more but thats what I got so far đŸ™‚
