Hi guys,

I noticed lately that people have been challenging each other a 7 days of positivity. I applaud those people who took the challenge.

I know I have said it before but it is still true. Even though there are every day details that can seriously fade out the things that are good in our lives, acknowledging even the smallest things can put a positive light on ones outlook.

Such as:

  • Sunny days
  • Overall health
  • Family
  • Friends
  • Strength
  • Love
  • Support
  • Laughter
  • Hugs
  • Flowers
  • Music
  • Dancing
  • Babies
  • Puppies
  • Your voice
  • Your mind
  • Every day is a new day

I would love to see if people would do this every day for 1 month. As people say positivity is contagious. If you let yourself see and take in the greatness all around light will come into your life. It truly feels wonderful. Try it out 🙂
